As standard, each ASNA switchgear unit gets individual packaging. Consolidated packaging is available for specific projects. This optimizes shipping and reduces on site cubicle coupling work.

For reference: 28 units of 24 kV /630 A ASNA RMU/Switchgear fit in a 40 ft container, while 24 units of 12 kV /630 A ASNA RMU/Switchgear can be loaded into a 20 ft container. Loading quantities for other models are calculated according to switchgear outer dimensions.

We use moisture proof bags and fumigated wooden crates for packaging. Desiccants are placed inside the moisture proof bags to avoid drastic ambient humidity fluctuations, regardless of transport mode. This protects the products against moisture ingress during transportation and storage.

The in house production cycle is subject to unit quantity and switchgear model. Typically, it takes around 30 days.

Our ASNA (atmospheric sealed natural air insulated) RMU / switchgear is a standard type unit. Customization is available for the secondary circuit per customer needs, including closing tripping coils in various voltage ratings (230 V / 48 V / 24 V).
